Incight Employment is a joint project of Incight, the United States Business Leadership Network and DePaul Industries, three leading nonprofits in  the field of disabilities.   Incight  Employment is a web-based resource that provides a portal for businesses and students  to connect and introduce their mutual resources.
 
Incight’s programs have had tremendous success in connecting  students with disabilities and companies in mutually beneficial placements that  lead to full-time employment. The USBLN  provides businesses with networking opportunities, education, and  resources to effectively increase understanding and awareness of disability  issues in the workplace.
 
Through Incight Employment, any person with a disability will  have access to a list of opportunities at companies, organizations, and  institutions in their region and across the country that are looking for  volunteers, interns and employees.   Further, Incight Employment will give students resources for improving their  chances of getting an internship, volunteering, or finding employment;  resources like resume building, interview assistance, and the chance to speak  with someone at Incight Employment who can offer advice and guidance.
